Before the new website, Fletcher’s customers had to struggle through a large printed catalogue, write down a long list of order numbers, quantities, colours etc... now it’s so easy for them to generate an order list to obtain a quote, all from a few clicks of the mouse. And that’s what we like – happy customers!
